Frozen Aperol Spritz

A refreshing frozen summer cocktail made with Aperol, Prosecco, Izze Sparkling Clementine juice, and ice.

  • 1 Blender
  • ice tray


  • 16 oz Izze Sparkling Clementine juice 2 cans
  • 4 oz Aperol 2 shots
  • 3 cups Prosecco
  • 1/2 cup ice


  • Combine 16 oz of Izze Sparkling Clementine juice and 4 oz Aperol in a measuring cup.
  • Pour into an ice cube tray and freeze for 8+ hours.
  • Add frozen Aperol mixture cubes, with 3 cups of Prosecco and 1/2 cup of ice cubes to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Serve in a wine glass or cocktail glass with an orange garnish.
