Stovetop Cheeseburger Dip

A delicious stovetop cheeseburger dip made with all of your favorite burger toppings. It's best served with waffle fries or potato chips.

  • 1 large frying pan


  • 1 lb ground hamburger
  • 1/4 cup red onion diced
  • 1/4 cup dill pickles diced
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 cups lettuce shredded
  • 1/2 cup pickles diced
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes quartered


  • Brown 1 lb of ground hamburger in a large skillet with diced red onion, garlic, salt and pepper
  • Once meat is browned, add diced pickles, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard to the pan
  • Cook on low heat until the cream cheese is completely melted. Stir mixture frequently!
  • Once the cream cheese is completely melted, add the meat mixture to a shallow baking or serving dish.
  • Top with remaining cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, pickles and tomatoes
  • Serve with waffle fries or Kettle cooked potato chips
