Looking to decorate for Valentine’s Day, but not sure where to start? Check out these fun Valentine’s Day craft ideas!
All the years that Jesse and I have been together we’ve never actually celebrated Valentine’s Day on Valentine’s Day. When I was in college we celebrated whenever I was at home and our first married V-Day was spent signing all of the paperwork for our house, which was an excellent gift ๐ Because we’ve never really celebrated Valentine’s Day I’ve never decorated for it, but there is so much amazing inspiration out in the blogosphere! This year I can’t resist joining in, soooo for the next week it’s all about the day of love! I’ll be making crafts, decorating, and even sharing a few gift ideas! But first, let’s look at some of the Valentine’s Day craft ideas that have been inspiring me this week!
This gorgeous ring bowl from Hi Sugarplum! is so cute, plus it could inspire some sparkly gifts from my husband. ๐I’m obsessed with the heart garland I’ve been seeing everywhere! I’d really love to make some for our mantel to add a festive touch!ย
Retro Ranch Reno took a different spin with her Valentine’s crafts and used black and white! I love the pops of gold too. Adorable!
Speaking of shiny gold, this gilded arrow from this is happiness is amazing! It’s such a different spin on the typical, cheesy decorations and I love it!ย
After my own experiences with 3D wall art, I love looking at other peoples’ wall art creations. Four Generations One Roof made an amazing LOVE sign for her study.
This adorable burlap heart pillow from Thistlewood Farm would look gorgeous in our living room. It makes me wish Jesse wasn’t allergic to burlap!ย
Ahh! All of these projects make me so excited about my own decorations! I was putting everything off until after Jesse’s birthday, so now it’s all about pink, red, hearts and love!
Do you usually decorate for V-Day? I used to be a winter to spring type person, but now I’m excited to mix things up half-way through the season!
I love that gold arrow and the pillows! I typically only change up my wreath for Valentine’s Day, but this makes me want to step up my game!
i love ALL of these! the only thing i did was put out my valentines day hand towel in the guest bath. LOL
I never decorate for Valentines Day. I always intend to, but it goes by so fast that I just don’t get it done.
Love all your inspiration photos!
Love that gold arrow! I’d leave it up year-round! I don’t decorate for any holiday lately. That will probably change someday. ๐
I don’t normally do anything for Valentine’s Day either, but I am itching to this year also! Hopefully this weekend I can add a little more love to our house too.
Great inspiration! Love all the gold this year. ๐
These are cute. I was TOTALLY going to decorate for Valentine’s day like a good blogger. And then I realized it was this Friday and I decided to scrap that plan. ;P
