A simple Easter table setting showcasing Alstroemeria flowers and a bit of greenery. Green glasses add a pop of color to the neutral decor.
I love showcasing flowers as centerpieces in the Spring. They immediately elevate the look of any table. Even budget-friendly blooms like alstroemeria. This lovely Easter table setting is very neutral with allows the flowers to shine. It’s beautiful, simple and affordable.
Setting a Simple Easter Table
The star of my table is definitely the huge vase of flowers. I really wanted to showcase some greenery for the Spring! I bought two large bunches of Alstroemeria at Kroger for less than $3 each. Then I placed them in my largest vase. These flowers typically have really long stems. I cut them down a bit, but left most of them for a dramatic height.
Extra greenery from the yard is the easiest way to bulk up a flower bouquet. I cut a few small limbs from our cherry tree and added them to the flowers. It’s amazing how much fuller the flowers look with a few extra leafy stems.
I kept the table fresh and clean looking with a grey and white chevron runner, all white dishes and nude colored napkins. For a splash of color, I added in my green stemless wine glasses.
What are your plans for Easter? Hosting any family? Just hanging out? Whatever you do I hope it’s a great weekend!
