Ingredients for Peach Bourbon Prosecco Punch

  • Peach Juice – The bold and sweet taste of peach is amazing with bourbon. You can use fresh peach juice or a store-bought juice. Use peach nectar instead if your local store doesn’t carry peach juice. Nectar isn’t 100% fruit juice. It contains water and additional sweeteners, but it works great in a pinch!
  • Lemon Juice – Fresh lemon juice adds acidity and brightness to the cocktail.
  • Peach Liqueur – I typically use peach Schnapps in my peach cocktails. Schnapps is an inexpensive and heavily flavored liqueur made with clear grain spirit and fruit syrups—the peach flavor pairs well with the bourbon.
  • Bourbon – This rich and smooth spirit makes for a delicious and refreshing cocktail. Bourbon has notes of caramel and vanilla and it pairs well with peaches. Use your favorite bourbon or a mid-shelf brand like Maker’s Mark or Four Roses. More affordable bourbon brands include Evan Williams and Jim Bean. I used Evan Williams for this drink.
  • Prosecco – You can’t have a Prosecco punch without Prosecco! I prefer to use a slightly sweet Prosecco for this punch cocktail. My favorite is the Costco brand, Kirkland’s Signature Prosecco.
  • Lemon Slices – Add additional lemon acidity and color to the punch with a few lemon slices.
  • Peach Slices – Fresh peaches add more flavor and look gorgeous inside the punch.
  • Mint – These flavorful and fragrant leaves pair beautifully with peaches and bourbon cocktails.

How to Make Bourbon Prosecco Punch

This delicious Prosecco Bourbon Punch is a refreshing cocktail. It has a sweet and pleasant flavor. It’s perfect for a Spring brunch or a celebratory gathering.

Step One – First, slice a lemon into thin round slices. Then chop a peach into slices as well. Add them to the bottom of a large pitcher.

Step Two – Next, add peach juice, lemon juice, peach Schnapps, and bourbon to the pitcher. Stir to combine the ingredients and flavors.

Step Three – I recommend letting the punch sit in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving. This resting time gives the fruit time to permeate the punch.

Step Four – Add the Prosecco and stir again right before serving.

Can I Make this Punch in Advance?

Yes and no. You can mix all of the ingredients, minus the Prosecco, in advance. Store the punch in a pitcher with a lid in the refrigerator. Add the Prosecco just before serving so it doesn’t go flat. The bubbles from the sparkling wine are an important part of this cocktail, so you want to maintain some of the effervescence.
