Whew! Is it just me or has this been a long and crazy week! I think the Super Bowl on Sunday just threw me off, but I can’t wait to sleep in and enjoy the weekend tomorrow! We are even kicking things off by going to see Star Wars in 3D tonight! We are so pumped!
You may, or may not, have noticed that there are 2 more buttons in my sidebar aside from Buffalo Roam and One House, One Couple. That’s right I have 2 more sponsors for this month! Melanie of Mailbox Journey and Krystle of Color Transformed Family are both regular followers here at Attempts At Domestication and I read their blogs every time they have a new post (oh the joys of Google Reader!) Both girls wanted to tell you a little bit about themselves and I hope you stop by and visit them!
“Hey, I’m Melanie and I’ve been blogging over at Mailbox Journey since Mid-August. I currently live in an apartment until my boyfriend of four years and I save up enough cash to buy a fixer-upper home and start our lives together. Then the real journey begins! In the meantime, I’ve been attempting to make our apartment feel like home, and getting my hands dirty in a bunch of crafty projects. Feel free to stop by and say hi! Blog | Facebook | Subscribe ”
I’m Krystle from Color Transformed Family. Join me as I blog about our renovations to our 30+ year old townhouse (as the budget allows), family life with a newborn, and other transforming moments in our lives! Before the baby I worked as an interior designer, but now I am using my creativity on our house to make it our home. At work I specialized in healthcare design, so this whole home decor thing is still new and a little intimidating to me. I share about family adventures and my hopes and challenges of raising our little girl in a Christian family where we are constantly being transformed by God. Throw in some cooking and great finds on Pinterest, and there’s never
a dull moment at Color Transformed Family.
I have also done some tweaking around here lately. I made a new background and there are buttons at the top of the page where you can click to follow me on Twitter, Pinterest, and now Facebook. Yep I made a Facebook for the blog, so be sure to “Like” me! You can also click the email button to email me directly with questions or concerns.
I hope you all have a wonderful weekend! We’ll be picking out carpet and making appointments for people to come install stuff in our house next week! Do you have any fun plans?
