Pssst… Pass It On!

Every had one of those days, weeks or even months where you just feel tired and uninspired? But the smallest thing can totally transform your day? That was me last week and I got a little blessing in the mail that cheered me up and totally changed my week!

Karah from The Space Between asked me it be part of the Pass It On Project that she started with a few other bloggers. I said yes and last week I received an awesome homemade gift from Karah. She covered a frame in book pages and the picture is from near where she lives in Curacao! I love the little peek at the architecture where she lives :) For more on her project go here.

Now it’s my turn to Pass It On!

I chose two of my favorite bloggers, Erin @ His and Hers (this girl is hilarious and super creative! I love reading her blog and laughing while being inspired) and Gabbi @ Retro Ranch Reno (Gabbi has AMAZING style and her house is to die for, especially the kitchen) that I thought could use a little homemade gift and asked them if they wanted to “Pass It On” with me. I have a few ideas about what I want to make but I’m not positive yet. My goal is to work on them this weekend and get them in the mail by next week.

This little project really is a great way to brighten someone’s day, so I encourage you to start your own Pass It On project and share the love! :)

And just so you know, I was hard at work last night painting my YHL knock off. I worked on this sucker for 2 hours and I’m only about half way done… It’s time consuming, but I’m LOVING how it’s turning out! :)

Can’t wait to see your homemade gift anddddd your painting! Looks great so far!

    • I actually plan on hanging it the upstairs hall between the office and the guest room. I’m going to be painting that hall way a light gray and think this would add a little pop to the neutral wall. :)

  2. Yay!!! I’m so glad to have met you here in blogland. Glad you like the gift, I wanted to give a little glimpse of Curacao, but expect you’ll have a more meaningful pic to put in the frame someday. :) I can’t wait to see what you’re passing on, please feel free to link your post to my facebook page. I am pinning everyone’s projects to my Pass It On project pinterest board. :)
    Have a great day.
