For those of you that follow me on Twitter, you may have seen that we had a bit of a family emergency yesterday. My stepdad had a heart attack and was in the hospital, so I left work early to pick up my siblings and take everyone up to visit at the hospital. He is doing well, and should be coming home sometime today after a few more tests at the hospital. That being said, work and home are a bit crazy right now and I don’t really have time to finish my posts for the week. I’ll be taking the rest of this week off from blogging and be back with an update on Monday! Any positive thoughts and prayers for my family would be greatly appreciated! <3

Sorry to hear about your stepfather, but glad to hear that he is doing good. My father had a heart attack back in 2006 and it scared the crap out of me. They ended up having to put a stint in and he was at the hospital for a good week before they released him. He hasn’t had any issues since. My thoughts are with you and your family.
Thinking of you all, hope your stepdad is ok – don’t be afraid to take as much tie as you need away from blogging! We’ll be here when you get back.
